Cross-examining a sentence from a popular book and a modified version written with a group of children.

🖊️ A monkey took a stroll through the long colourful beach.

The use of 'through the beach' rather than 'on/across/along the beach' was a opportunity to debate whether it was the appropriate word to use. I have created a couple of illustrations in attempt to visualise these scenarios.
